I took an old, run-down building and transformed it into a light, bright, open space. Through that process I realized my deep love for design and the gift I have for transforming space.

I learned that the spaces we inhabit are a reflection of who we are or who we want to become.

Otherwise Creative Studio is a 4,000 square foot building with multiple creative spaces including a podcast studio, large open created space and an upstairs studio space.

The studio offers a versatile, creative space, ideal for designers, photographers, artists, or anyone seeking an inspiring environment for their projects.

With an open floor plan, high ceilings, and ample natural light, the studio is fully equipped with essential tools and amenities to support a variety of creative endeavours.

Whether you're looking to host a workshop, shoot a product campaign, or collaborate on a new idea, our space provides the perfect backdrop.

RENTAL FEES:

Hourly event rentals are $110/hour (plus HST) with a three hour minimum.

Studio rentals for photo shoots are $100/hour (plus HST) with a three hour minimum.

Rentals are available on a limited basis, and we invite you to apply for access through our online form.

FAQs

  • This is a unique creative space that can’t be found anywhere else in London. I’ve also put my heart and soul into creating a special space so I limit the number of rentals.

    • Leave the space as you found it

    • Event insurance is required

    • All garbage must be taken with you

    • There is more ware and tear on the space when it’s being rented for a special event.
