At the center of Otherwise Creative is a restored 1940s legion hall reimagined as a layered, character-filled environment for creativity, conversation, and collaboration.
The studio functions as a space for podcasting, photography, workshops, interior design, creative direction, and thoughtful gatherings — all rooted in the belief that atmosphere shapes the way we think and create.
HOW IT STARTED
In 2022, Angie walked away.
After 20 years in corporate communications and higher education, Angie Wiseman bought a run-down church and legion hall — a 4,000 square foot space that needed light, vision, and possibility.
Every design decision was intuitive. She saw what it could be before it was formed.
The complete renovation reignited a design spark that had always been there. And in redesigning that environment, Angie realized she needed those things too — clarity, intention, transformation.
Otherwise Creative was born from that personal journey.
